Mature Years Entry Conditions Must be EU National or have refugee status (hold an EU passport) or be resident for 3 years in EU member state

Local Authority Grants Apply June/July Independent vs. Dependent Mature Student BTEA 12 months on live register in year prior to start of course 9 months in certain cases if registered with Fás Special allowance made for Redundancy
Fees Course Fee 2008/09 = 4,098Euros Made up of: Tuition (paid by Dept. of Ed.) Non-tuition (paid by Co. Council for grant holders = €1500 Euros in 2009) Student Facilities Levy (paid by every student) €225 in 2009
