Reminders Download your final prior year data from FY 2013 WebPLUS for your vendor to prepare your current year file. WebPLUS Edits versus Internal Edits –Internal edits are used by Census for possible follow-up. –States can have vendors program internal edits for libraries to annotate during collection. –Internal edits are not run by the SDC’s in the WebPLUS collection software.

Reminders Review and correct outlet addresses and phone numbers. Import your edit report after adding annotations. Use the Compare Tool for data editing. Contact your mentors or Census for help.
