MD Team Strategy  Maintain total membership count at same level as prior year  Recruit new (not a member previously) higher grade members above the Section’s total recruitment from the prior year  Migrating members – those who moved from one section to another do not qualify  Use SAMIEE for MD analysis in your area and reaching your membersh 8

IEEE-USA Recruitment Incentive Pilot – September 2010 Sections must maintain their total HG dues paying membership count at the same level as the prior year. Sections must exceed their HG recruitment year-over-year. Congratulations to –Cedar Rapids –Central Illinois –Milwaukee –Missouri Slope The program will continue in 2011 Members receive $15 per higher grade member recruited. $2 per student member recruited –HG members cannot earn awards on students recruited. Annual max award of $90 per member 9

Make use of the IEEE-USA Membership Incentive and IEEE membership incentives. Deliver MD Training at every Region Conference and meeting. Promote Senior Member upgrades.
