Click “Start” button to open the start menu, then click on “All Programs”
Navigate to “Microsoft Office”, then click to open “Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007”
You’ll see a blank slide
Click on the down arrow next to “New Slide” to choose a slide layout
If you click on “Title and Content” layout
A new slide appears
Click to add title
Type your title
If you want to add a picture, click this picture icon
A windows explore box appears.
Navigate to where your picture is saved, click it, and then click “Insert”.
The selected picture appears on the slide
Click here to select textbox control
Click, drag, and drop to draw a textbox
Type your name in the box
Add a new slide
A new slide appears. The previous slides appears on the side panel
Click and type to add a title and content for the new slide
You can add a picture from under the “Insert” tab too
Arrange your text and pictures on the new slide
