 Process Description  Alignment of the core processes & sub processes  Mapped all sub processes  Activity plan revised  Critically analyzed 28 sub processes  Started collection of baseline Data on colleges of the University.  Started inventorying of the Teaching Facilities at the University.  The current soft ware for monitoring duplication of programmes was reviewed by Mr. Tony Oluka, but the system being used was found to have no Documentation, and the way it works is not up to date. 4

 Critical examination of the remaining 14 sub processes  Procurement of software to monitor duplication of courses- Mr. Tony Oluka was to identify and budget for the soft ware to monitor duplication of courses. It’s Ongoing  Opening up of the university’s souvenir shop to enhance the income generation of the University- The Marketing Officer, Mr. Issa Mugabo Agaba was to budget for the souvenir shop. It’s ongoing 5

 Budgeting for the Soft ware for monitoring duplication of Programmes being handled by Mr. Tony Oluka.  Budgeting for the Souvenir shop being handled by the by Marketing Officer Mr. Issa Mugabo Agaba.  Inventorying of the Teaching Facilities, for example Teaching Space, Computers, white boards, projectors, Closed Circuit TVs (CCTVs)- Being handled by the Secretariat TLC.  Baseline data Collection on the colleges of Makerere University to enhance Formation of the Colleges Suggested for by TLC sub Committee-Being handled by the Secretariat TLC.  Formation of the TLC review task force. ( All members of TLC) 6

 TLC Suggests that the General Committee should give a time line to the individuals concerned with budgeting for the software to monitor courses duplication and the Souvenir shop.  These are: 1. Mr. Tony Oluka – Budget for the Software needed for monitoring duplication of courses. 2. Mr. Issa Mugabo Agaba ( Marketing Officer), - Budget for the souvenir shop.  Mr. Tony Oluka-TLC Suggested the General committee to allow for procurement of a new software to monitor programme duplication. 7

 Soft ware not yet procured but process is ongoing  Souvenir shop not opened, but process is also ongoing  Colleges not yet formed, but baseline data collection on colleges is ongoing.  Inventory on teaching facilities not accomplished, but inventorying is ongoing. 8
