STEM/MARK, a.s.The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, April 2015slide 2 Summary - satisfaction survey  Project information  April 2015, online, n42, questionnaire in Czech and English, type of membership split individual (43 %), corporate (50 %)  Majority of members are with the Canadian Chamber for a long time  31% for more than 10 years, 26% between 5-10 years, 38% between 1-5 years, 5% less than 1 year  Membership fee  It is entirely acceptable for 29%, appropriate for 2/3, too high for just 4% (this is improvement, it was 15 % in 2012)  Satisfaction with Chambers’ work – evaluation is very good  More than 1/2f of members are very satisfied (slight increase from 2012), 40% rather satisfied, 5% are dissatisfied  Positive comments - great speakers, professional organization, friendly atmosphere, networking, good venues  Negative comments - feels like group of friends without real business outcome, not enough room for interaction  Suggestions - introduction of all participants and their business at the business mixers, business networking trip to Canada, more events focused on CETA agreement, seminars about specific business opportunities in Canada, more interaction with other chambers and their members, smaller events with selected topics and more room for more discussion rather than just Q&A, more culture events, second golf tournament, family focused event / activity  Majority would recommend business partners, colleagues, friends, etc. to join the Canadian Chamber  2/3 certainly, 29% probably, just 7% would not recommend

STEM/MARK, a.s.The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, April 2015slide 3 Summary cont.  The highest satisfaction is with the following activities  Golf – 100% (attendance 21%), Thanksgiving – 78% (55%),Tennis- 75% (19%), Experts seminars - 74 % (45%), Breakfast – 63% (64%), Joint events with other Chambers – 60% (71%) - fantastic results, thank you all who are helping with events!!  Planned attendace in 2015  The highest planned attendance is for events in 2015 is Thanksgiving and Christmas party about 60%  Those who played golf and tennis last year, majority of them will come again.  Where our members are willing to help  To raise awareness about Chamber, to recruit new members, donate prices, allow to use premises  GoCanada magazine is known to 86 %  Vast majority agrees that GoCanada magazine should switch to electronic version with update every 6 months  Website has very similar level of awareness as the magazine  63% of members visit it at least 1-6 times a year, 23% 1-3 times a month, website is liked very much by 13%, rather liked by 84%  Membership directory has awareness 74 %  86% agree that the printed Directory should be replaced by an electronic version on
