Isaiah calls them back to God

Who is God? He is the Creator God – not created. Our God made us! He is the Eternal creator v28 He doesn’t need to be carried to safety, He carries us v11 He gives strength & power.

Who is God? The God who reigns chapter 6 – He is in control He is eternal He is sovereign over history.

Who is God? The God who cares and sustains He is not too great to care. He will never fail us

Who is God? He is the Creator God The God who reigns The God who cares and sustains He gives strength and power.

Our Response: Trust Isaiah 30:15-16 This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.

Our Response: Turn to Isaiah 55: 6 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.

Our Response: Turn from Isaiah 55: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

Our Response:

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2
