The only way for the farmer to really communicate with the birds, and for the birds to understand, would be for the farmer himself to become a bird. By being a bird, the other birds would not be afraid, and he could show them the way to safety. This is exactly what God did for all people. He came to earth as man, in the person of Jesus Christ to save all.
