Performance Measures Prevention and Re-Housing Reduction in the number of households with children who are homeless in CoC area At least 35% of the participants served remain in permanent housing for 6 months following the last assistance from the grant 7

8 Performance Evaluation with CoC Areas Florida is working toward implementation in June 2014 for 2011 and 2012 ESG subrecipients Consultation with CoC's Begin to establish the baseline for an evaluation process

Performance Evaluation Has your CoC established performance measures for each eligible ESG component? Range: 20% (Outreach) to 55% (Emergency Shelters) Has your CoC adopted a method by which it will evaluate ESG performance? Just over half of the CoC’s responding have adopted a method.
