What Is Coaching?

Coaching Definition COACHING: Encouraging and guiding an individual/individuals to more effective performance by exploring problems with the learner and setting up opportunities for the learner to try out new skills, knowledge and attitudes Coaching is not about forcing or fixing. Decisions and thought processes are drawn out so that the individual willingly takes on more ownership and responsibility.
