Overall Objective The Relevance of VET provision to current and future labour market needs is increased and unemployment is considerable reduced

Project Purpose Regional operational goals as outlined in the ROP are complemented by appropriate HRD measures. establishment and promotion of a structure - consisting of local partners - which is capable to design, apply, manage and monitor HRD projects and measures as per EU standards and in line with the National Employment Strategy Means:

Project Results 1. LABOUR MARKET KNOWLEDGE AT COUNTY LEVEL IMPROVED 2. THE ABILITY TO FOSTER HRD AT COUNTY LEVEL INCREASED 3. AWARENESS OF ESF PRINCIPLES AND MECHANISMS – LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS BEING THE PRINCIPAL APPROACH TO PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION – AMONG LOCAL ACTORS IN ALL 4 COUNTIES RAISED 4. UNEMPLOYMENT RATE AT COUNTY LEVEL REDUCED 5. AWARENESS OF ESF RULES AND PROCEDURES RAISED AMONG HRD REGIONAL POLICY ACTORS

OUTCOME LABOUR MARKET KNOWLEDGE AT COUNTY LEVEL IS IMPROVED ASSESSMENT OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANAOLYSIS OF LABOUR MARKET AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT EMPLOYMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT TRENDS REGIONAL SUPPLY OF SKILLS, SKILL NEEDS AND TRENDS SWOT ANALYSIS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING MARKET SWOT ANALYSIS OF PROVISION OF EMPLOYMENT S ERVICE HIGH QUALITY LABOUR MARKET SURVEYS DRAWN UP IN EACH OF THE 4 COUNTIES:

OUTCOME AWARENESS OF ESF PRINCIPLES AND MECHANISMS AMONG LOCAL ACTORS IN ALL 4 COUNTIES IS RAISED – LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS BEING THE PRINCIPAL APPROACH TO PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION LOCAL PARTNERSHIP IS ESTABLISHED IN THE COUNTY AND THEIR MEMBERS ARE PROPERLY TRAINED IN ESF PRINCIPLES AND MECHANISMS

OUTCOME UNEMPLOYMENT RATE AT COUNTY LEVEL IS REDUCED ACTIVE LABOUR MARKET MEASURES DESIGNED AND ORGANISED BY LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PARTNERSHIP PROJECT/S SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED AND MET / WILL MEET THEIR OUTPUT INDICATORS

OUTCOME AWARENESS OF ESF RULES AND PROCEDURES ARE RAISED AMONG HRD REGIONAL ACTORS NATIONAL LEVEL ACTORS REGIONAL PLANNERS & ADMINISTRATORS PROJECT PROMOTORS / MANAGERS HANDOUTS, GUIDELINES & MANUALS ON THE ESF AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION RULES & PROCEDURES ELABORATED IN CROATIAN LANGUAGE FOR USE BY:
