Program Budget Popcorn sales can yield us 31%, 36%, or 41% of our total popcorn sales. The proceeds from the popcorn sale will be used to directly defray the per-scout dues. We need 75% of the scouts to participate in the popcorn sale in order to qualify for the 41% commission.
