Technical reference materials are available that we did not know existed Cost savings by not purchasing duplicate books (de-duplication)

EIS Virtual Library Level 1 – requires no funding Virtual Library in Confluence (8-10 hours for setup) EIS Staff need to add any books (1 hour per person) Not used on a day-to-day basis Willing to share
