1. New CMS roles Editors ◦ Within each department ◦ Can edit departmental catalog content ◦ Cannot publish changes Managers ◦ 1-3 per College ◦ Can edit content across depts in their college ◦ Cannot publish changes Admin ◦ Registrar ◦ Can edit content across whole site ◦ Publishes Catalog ◦ Can publish changes* (see next slide)

Rollout & Support This functionality was rolled out on 12/2 ◦ Existing catalog content (degrees) was replaced with catalog content ◦ Changes to degrees will be allowed without ‘late fee’ charge. Ongoing ◦ Online documentation/instructions are available alongside existing CMS documentation: ◦ IT resources will be available for issues, questions, instruction for the duration of this first full catalog process
