What is Reading Reading is a combination of phonic awareness, fluency, and vocabulary.

Phonic awareness, Phonic instruction, Fluency, and Vocabulary Phonic awareness –refers to the ability to focus and manipulate spoken words. Phonic instruction –teaches children relationship between letters of written language. Fluency is the ability to read text accurately. Vocabulary- refers to the meaning of a word.
