Basic information about Riga  Riga – the capital of the Republic of Latvia, located at the crossroads between the East and the West  750,000 permanent residents, which constitutes approximately one third of Latvia’s total population  City budget € million  Riga accounts for around 50% of the total industrial output in Latvia

What is e-Riga?  e-Riga is a complex modernisation and restructurisation project that covers all fields of municipal operations  Estimated project duration (1 st phase) – five years  Estimated budget – € 21.2 million over five years
