Challenges 1. Craves spiritual enlightenment 2. Many have dismissed the Christian faith as weak, outdated, and irrelevant. 3. The failure of the Church is not its Theology, but its failure to apply what it Believes in a compelling way

Challenges 4. Many in the pew are illiterate (82% of Americans believe “God helps those who help themselves” is a Bible verse) 5. Less than 1 in 7 is in a serious committed accountable relationship with a congregation

RESOLVE #1 Rekindle Passion We must rekindle our passion for God; recapture a sense of urgency about ministry and respond strategically to the challenges before us !

RESOLVE #2 Strategic Thrusts  Motivate people to pursue, embrace and live according to Biblical worldview  Allow the Church to be led by people whom God has called and anointed for that task  Develop new forums and formats through which people will experience, understand and serve God.

RESOLVE #3 To Be Revolutionary  Intimate Worship  Faith-Based Conversation  Intentional Spiritual Growth  Servanthood  Resource Investment  Spiritual Friendships  Family Faith

RESOLVE #4 Resolve to be Remarkable Something phenomenal, counter intuitive, exciting, flat out unbelievable – not your average Brown Cow! It is not inherent, Build it into everything you do! *PURPLE COW by Seth Godin
