Participation in the joint seminar on "The Stability Pact for SE Europe - Prospects and Problems of Peace by Cooperation", Munster, 8-13 December 2002 (see Appendix 6) Within the context of the cooperation agreement between Babes- Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania and Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germania, 13 students and 2 members of the teaching staff took part in the joint seminar "The Stability Pact for SE Europe - Prospects and Problems of Peace by Cooperation". The joint seminars, already a tradition between the two institutions, have proved to be a very good opportunity for the Romanian and German students to study together the current developments in the process of European integration. On this occasion, meetings regarding an application for a European Master Programme (Erasmus World Program) were held, with participants from the partner institutions from Lille, Nottingham, Twente, Münster, Cluj-Napoca and Novi Sad.
