Next Steps – NPO Level India – prepare a complete report about learning on KM and share with colleagues; conduct training on KM for SMEs Indonesia – prepare report; plan for next year incorporating KM; conduct FGD at the university and training program on KM Thailand – share experience to network in Thailand using Blogg to Blogg communication; trainers training on how to be more passionate in aligning KM with the organization mission and vision Philippines – strengthen the KM network to build on capability in KM implementation and measurement
Next Steps – APO Level Come up with a special working group with permanent reps from each NPO to work on KM to ensure the follow-thru of what we have started here. This group can implement the agreed upon framework and meet on a regular basis to share their progress, best practices and lessons learned Suggested venues: 1 st : Singapore; 2 nd Manila;3 rd Bangkok; 4 th New Delhi
