The Traffic Management Act states that a highway authority has a duty to; a)Secure the expeditious movement of traffic on the authority’s road network; and b)Facilitating the expeditious movement of traffic on road networks for which another authority is the traffic authority Enacted on 4 th January 2005 What is the network management duty?
