All About the Fire Brigade

Fire Brigade If you see a blazing, burning fire ring 999 quickly. When you call the fire service they will come as soon as they can to help you when your in a fire. They also help us when you are stuck in a nasty, serious car accident. Another thing is if your pet is stuck up a tree they will get it down so it isn’t scared anymore.

Fire equipment Siren- it is only used when there is lots of traffic on the road Ladder- there are three types of ladders. The biggest ladder can go to the 12 th floor! Pump - the pump is used for if theres a flood some where. The pump sucks up the flood water so they can use it again. RTC cutter- the Cutter is used for If people are traped in A car they cut the mettal so they can Get the people out.

Bedroom fire safety tips 1. Never put wires in water because it could explode your house. 2. Never leave a hot roasting hair dryer on the bed because it might burn through the mattress! 3. Never put a candle on the side with out a holder otherwise it could set fire to something near it. 4. Never put a candle near wood or plastic because it will burn through it. 5. Never put drinks near ipads because electricity shouldn’t be near water.

instructions If there is a fire, the fire alarm will go off loudly and everyone in the building should follow the teachers to go out of the emergency exit. If there is a fire and there is loads of smoke you can follow the green emergency lights on the roof. If there is a fire emergency an adult would smash the glass on a red box so the alarm will go off. Children need to remember to walk in school because if they trip over and really hurt themselves near the fire it will be harder for them to get out of the building.
