LOG IN TO EBEIS: ebeis.deped.gov.ph/beis Click Sign In to log in to EBEIS System NOTE: BEFORE ENCODING YOUR DATA ONLINE, YOU MUST HAVE TO FILL UP FIRST THE PRINT VERSION OF GESP, GSSP FORMS FOR YOUR REFERENCE, YOU CAN ASK YOUR PLANNING OFFICER THE SOFT COPY.
LOG IN MENU Type username and password, Use LIS username and password to Sign In
After encoding the School Account Username and Password, click Sign In
EBEIS DASHBOARD OR HOME PAGE With out this menu, it means you log in as Personnel not school representative
TO START ENCODING, CLICK BEIS DATA ENTRY
Click Government Elementary School Profile (Beginning of the SY Data)
In the Cut-off Date column, Click 2015, June 5 to open the School Profile
Update the Basic Information and Contact Information
Click UPDATE button to SAVE CHANGES
After saving, it displayed Update successful with green color, if there are errors, it will display the error with red mark and background, Click Learner Data to open
You must provide the Data Data From LIS System You must provide the Data Shaded boxes cannot be edited (From LIS), not shaded boxes (you can fill up if you have data)
NOTE: PLEASE ALWAYS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW EACH TABLE
Click save to update data
After saving, it will display Update successful if there is no error, else it will display the error
In the Age Profile, it will automatically get the age profile in the LIS, so you cannot edit this page, so Click Shifting Schedule
Click Yes if you have Shifting Schedule, if none just click Save, Click Multigrade Class, if you have multigrade class, if none goto next table
After saving, there is a notification that Update successful, Click Edit if you want to Edit data, Click Multigrade Classes to move to the next Tab
In MG Class 1 – Ex. Click the box Grade 1 and Grade 2 Click the Box if you have multigrade class or leave it blank if you have none then Click Save
After saving, it will display Update Successful, Click Learner by Program
Type the data if you have Learners Data by Program, if none, just Click Save
After saving, Update successful, Click Learners with Exceptionalities
Encode data if you have, please always read the instruction below the table
Click Save to save the updates
After saving, Click Locally Funded Personnel
Encode the number of locally-funded personnel
Provide Reasons if there are changes in the last year data Click Save to update
After saving, Update Successful, Click the next table, Non-Teaching Personnel
In the Teaching Related and Non-Teaching Personnel, please take note that school heads with two schools should be counted only once (mother school), also all positions should be based on PSIPOP, not designations
Provide reason if the number of personnel changes from previous data Please always read instructions below each table!!!! Provide reason if the number of personnel changes from previous data Click SAVE, to update changes
After saving, Click again the next Table, Teaching Personnel
In the teaching personnel (previous SY data was reflected in the current School Year), thus, you can just if there are change (please always based your data in your PSIPOP)

After Saving, Click again the next Tab, Data by Teaching Assignment
Data in the Teaching assignment was reflected last School Year (previous), thus, you can edit if there are changes in the number of teachers

Please Click SAVE button to update changes
After saving, Click again the next TAB, Facilities
Tick or Click the box of the appropriate data, scroll to display more In typing the Cost, please do not use comma In the availability of Water Supply, if you selected Local piped, you must indicate the Average Cost and Funding Source

After Saving, Click again Computer Usage
Type the number of functional computers in the school by funding source, leave it 0 (zero) if none

In the Data on Internet Connectivity, If there are ISP in the area, Check the ISP
If the school subscribe an Internet, fill up the average monthly expense and funding source, if not, you must still Click Save
After saving, click the Site Info Tab
Fill up the required data, then click Save, then after saving, click Other School Data
After Saving, Click Other School Data
In this table, you must click EDIT if you have Feeding Program, if none, Click another Table, Disaster/ Calamities
Click the Natural Hazards and human induced hazards for the month of April and May 2015 that occurred in your school and immediate surrounding if applicable
If applicable or not applicable you must always click SAVE
Update Successful (Last Table)
After accomplishing all the Tables, please review them again and again, before submitting online. If you found errors, click Edit button to update/correct your data. If you have already reviewed and found it accurate and ready to submit, then Click again BEIS DATA ENTRY
HOW TO SUBMIT ONLINE CLICK BEIS DATA ENTRY
Click Government Elementary for Elem or Secondary School Profile (Beginning of the SY Data)
In the Action button (right side) Click Submit
Click Submit Report to Submit report Online
HOW TO SWITCH FROM EBEIS TO LIS SYSTEM Click the name of school head above, Click Learner information system, it will automatically switch you to LIS System
HOW TO UPDATE / CHANGE/EDIT SCHOOL HEAD INFO, PASSWORD AND USERNAME Click the name of school head above, Click My Account
Click View Detailed if you want to update/edit School Head Click username if you want to change your username Fill up this, if you want to change your password
FOR SCHOOL HEADS WITH TWO OR MORE SCHOOLS: HOW TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER SCHOOL AFTER SUBMITTING THE FIRST SCHOOL WITHOUT SIGNING OUT? Click the name of school head above, Click Administration or My Account
Click here and select the school you want to open, Ex Click here and select the school you want to open, Ex. 100296 – Esperanza ES
Click Enhanced Basic Education Information System
Click Sign In
In this page, you have already opened again another school, follow the above procedure
HOW TO REQUEST TO REVERT BEIS REPORT STATUS FROM SUBMITTED TO PREPARING? If you have submitted and you want to edit data, click Status of Request to revert BEIS Report Status
Click Create Request, then follow the instructions, after requesting, call your Planning Officer to approve your request for faster action.
