The Third Noble Truth is that greed and desire and suffering can be overcome or stopped

The Third Noble Truth Greed and selfishness can be stopped

Charity, Love help, support, compassion

The Fourth Noble truth is that all can reach Nirvana by following the Noble Eightfold Path

Meditation and wisdom

Meditation is discipline and calm self control. The three aims of the meditation are:Insight, tranquillity and loving kindness.
