Was born in 1412 in Domremy-La Pucelle. Which is in a northeastern France region called Lorraine. was a peasant girl who said that she had divine guidance. legendary status as a leader was sealed. when she took an arrow to the neck. Then returned wounded to lead her troops in the final charge.

One of Joan Of Arcs few remaining signatures pretty good for a illiterate peasant girl.

Joan of Arc was a true leader in battle. she was able to get near super-human results from her troops. During battle she wore men’s clothing and armor of knights.

Joan of arc’s house is now used as a monument.

“Asked if she knew she was in God's grace, she answered: 'If I am not, may God put me there; and if I am, may God so keep me.” This inquiry is a intellectual deception. Church Rule says that no one can be certain of being in God's elegance. If she had said yes, then she would have condemned herself of blasphemy. If she had said no, then she would have acknowledged her own guiltiness. Things said during her trial

Saint Joan Of Arc She was Canonized. which is the act by which the Catholic Church or another religious group declares a deceased person to be a saint and is included in the canon, or list, of recognized saints. her trial was considered unlawful le and the people who were responsible were put to death.

led the French army to victories during the hundred years war. Some important battles are the sieges of Orleans and Reims.

She was only nineteen when she died. Not one but two popes believed she was innocent. Pope Callixtus III examined her trial twenty five years later.

He declared her innocent and declared her a martyr. Which is somebody who suffers persecution and death for refusing to renounce a belief or cause, usually religious. Later Pope Benedict XV canonized her. Joan Of Arc has become one of the most popular saints of the Roman Catholic Church.

She assumed the place of honor as the last to leave the field. Burgundians surrounded her. She was unhorsed and she initially refused to surrender.
