At the zoo The animals at the zoo are talking At the zoo The animals at the zoo are talking. They want a flag for the zoo. “What is a good colour for our flag?” says the zookeeper.

“Red and white. ” says the bear “Red and white!” says the bear. “The Canadian flag is red and white and I’m from Canada.”

“No. ” says the tiger. “I want an orange, green and white flag “No!” says the tiger. “I want an orange, green and white flag. I am from India and the Indian flag is those colours.”

“The Australian flag is red, white and blue,” says the kangaroo “The Australian flag is red, white and blue,” says the kangaroo. “I’m from Australia and I like those colours.”

“What about red and yellow. ” says the panda “What about red and yellow?” says the panda. “I’m from China and the Chinese flag is red and yellow.”

“The Egyptian flag is beautiful,” says the camel “The Egyptian flag is beautiful,” says the camel. “I’m from Egypt and our flag is red, white and black.”

“No!” roars the lion. “I am from South Africa and so are the giraffes, the zebras, the hippos and the elephants. We want a black, red, green, yellow, white and blue flag like the South African one.”
