Project Objectives Over 5 Years To properly regulate and control over _#_ parking spaces in the city of ___________. To provide new opportunities for employment – (Parking Attendants & Admin Staff). To generate over $ in revenue for the Government of ………………...

Our Product Our Personal Parking Meter is a real time system indicator, and can be utilized only once. The Personal Parking Meters is made out of the following elements:

The Complete Parking Solution The Personal Parking Meter system is the ultimate solution for municipalities. This system simplifies the monitoring and collection of parking fees. The system operates as an in-vehicle meter, eliminating the need to search for coins when finding a parking place. It is secure, cost-effective and simple to implement and operates as a stand alone system or alongside traditional parking payment systems to eliminate fraud and reduce cash handling. The Personal Parking Meters eliminate the need for curbside parking meters and can also work alongside established parking systems to provide a gradual move from on-street hardware to a vehicle-only solution. Studies have shown that by putting in curbside parking meters there is a 25% wastage of space that could be used for cars to park due to designated rules for parking space sizes. Instead of parallel parked cars, parking at an angle (like in most small towns) can also allow an additional 50% more cars to park which will also increase revenue to the municipality. The Personal Parking Meter is the perfect solution to the wasted parking space problem.

Personal Parking Meters can be used for all parking authorities. No inconvenience to customers from full equipment such as curbside parking meters.

Advertising Extra revenues can be generated after the system is in operation, or even prior to implementation, depending on marketing strategies. Advertising space on back of the Coupon.

Advantages To Customers One Parking Permit for all parking authorities. Easy to use - no need for coins or exact change. Easily purchased from popular retail outlets etc. Easy to carry - as portable as a bank card. Informative information / advertising on back. Speeding up of parking process.

Cost Analysis The Personal Parking Meter system allows a municipality such as ………….. to take advantage of the huge savings and increased revenue created during operation. In 5 years a small municipality such as ………………. can generate at least 35 to 40 new jobs will be created and with a minimum of 600 patrons per day, an average municipality can generate a gross profit of over $ each month and approximately $ per year. over $ in profit. In Contrast, 300 curbside parking meters including installation and accessories will have an initial cost of over $ and many thousands more to maintain per year. Each of our Personal Parking Meters will cost approximately $ to the Government, no matter the time-value of the Permit. These Permits can then be sold to the public at a rate specified by the local authority. For just 600 spaces, an estimated 144,000 Personal Parking Permits will be required per month.

No Equipment Investment Conventional Parking Meters are bulky and costly. A modern parking meter costs from $400 to $1,200 US each. Curbside meters are a reoccurring cost since the cost of replacing existing ones every 15 to 20 years must be factored in, including the need for collection equipment and expensive accessories. Each Personal Parking Meter coupon costs less than $ and this cost is always prepaid by the Customer.

No Maintenance Mechanical meter heads age and spare parts eventually wear and become scarce as they are no longer manufactured. The more modern digital parking meters are computerized but need a 24/7 electrical source which can cost from $0.50 to $1.00 Bds per day, per meter. Mechanical or electrical Parking meters are very vulnerable to continuous problems from the weather, theft and vandalism. A maintenance crew will need to be employed/contracted to service the Meters. Municipalities achieve major savings by eliminating the maintenance costs of the existing parking meter infrastructure while benefiting from increased cash flow from prepaid parking fares and reduced infrastructure vandalism. Our Personal Parking Meter system requires no maintenance, it is weather proof, and is not easily stolen or vandalized.

Environmentally Friendly Parking meters are placed on curbs and sidewalks mainly on streets in some of the most beautiful cities around the world. However, although their purpose is to mainly generate revenue for the local municipality, they also can be very unsightly and may not reflect the true character of the cities in which they are operated. In places where the establishment of parking meters is prohibited (such as in the vicinity of historical monuments) the Personal Parking Meter is an excellent solution.

5 Key Benefits Is a high revenue generating system. Will create at least 25+ new jobs. Will not deface the environment. Creates additional sources of revenues from advertising. Can be implemented immediately.

Distribution and Implementation The distribution channel for the Personal Parking Meter system is very important. First, it would be most convenient to distribute the permits through companies that sell Phone Cards, established routes of distribution through Gas Stations, Supermarkets, Shops, Pharmacies etc, and offer them a percentage of the cost of the Personal Parking Meters for the distribution. Secondly, the local government could either employ parking attendants to run the system on the streets or contract a local private company as a concessionaire, and receive a percentage of the revenues. Advertising space at the back of the Personal Parking Meters can be sold by the local authority or contracted to a private company to generate addition revenues for the government.
