Brill proposal E-access to ALL Brill’s online journals (worth over Euro 40,000 at 2006 prices) E-access surcharge of 9% instead of the normal 15% surcharge Euro 500 minimum per site participation fee Current print subscriptions maintained Price cap of 5% for 3 year agreement instead of the normal 7% price cap Minimun Participation of 10 libraries which do not currently have any Brill subscriptions

Archival policy Immediate access to all available e-issues Provision of perpetual archive to authorised users at the end of the agreement.
