Department: Water Affairs & Forestry Directorate : WS Regulation RESPONSIBILITY TO REGULATE  National Regulation: DWAF must regulate nationally to ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.  Local Regulation: WSA’s must regulate locally to ensure compliance by water services providers.
