2 MUMBAINEW YORK An elderly man in Mumbai called his son in New York and said over the phone,

3 'I hate to ruin your day son, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are getting a divorce; 35 years of marriage... and that much misery is enough!'

4 'Dad, what are you talking about?' the son asked shockingly over the phone.

5 'We can't stand the sight of each other any longer,' the old man said. 'We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister in Hong Kong and tell her!'

6 Hong Kong Frantic, the son called his sister in Hong Kong, who exploded on the phone. 'Like heck they're getting divorced,' she shouted, 'I'll take care of this.'

7 In Hong Kong 'You are not getting divorced. Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back, and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then, don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR??' She called Mumbai immediately, and screamed at the old man. Then she hanged up.

8 The old man hung up his phone and turned to his wife.

9 'Okay', he said, 'It's all set. They're both coming for our anniversary and paying their own airfare!!'

10 MORAL No man / woman is busy in this world all 365 days. The sky is not going to fall down if you take a few days LEAVE and meet your dear ones.

11 BUSINESS, WORK OR CAREER IS NOT EVERYTHING IN LIFE and MONEY MAKING IS NOT EVERYTHING IN LIFE.
