The sales volume is the sum of collected sales dollars from Ad Campaign Clients and CD Ad Campaign Packages. Rank/TitlePayout %Sales Volume Requirements* Campaign Director (CD) 25% Qualified Campaign Director (QD) 28% $750 is personal sales volume Area Director (AD) 31% $3,000 in personal sales volume OR $6,000 in enrollment team sales volume * Regional Director (RD) 34% $15,000 in personal sales volume OR $30,000 in enrollment team sales volume * Senior Director (SD) 41% $30,000 in personal sales volume OR $60,000 in enrollment team sales volume * National Director (ND) 41% $120,000 in enrollment team adjusted sales volume * International Marketing Director (IMD) 41% $240,000 in enrollment team adjusted sales volume * a rolling 12 week period * Sales Volume requirements are over a rolling 12 week period except for Qualified Campaign Director, which does not have a time limitation. Revenue Sharing Pool — 2% All Company Override Revenue Sharing Pool — 2% All Company Override This monthly bonus pool is available to all qualifying International Marketing Directors. Qualification: To qualify for this pool, become a Qualified IMD and have a Qualified IMD in two legs.
