FHSAA has now posted each individual's BB exam questions so that you can go to the site to see which questions were answered incorrectly. Follow map: Go to On left side, place pointer on "For Contest Officials" This will bring up a drop-down box - CLICK on "Online Testing Site" Log in with proper name & password On left side of screen, click on "Test History" This will bring up a list of tests you have taken in each sport and the year taken Under basketball 2009, click on NORMAL Your entire test will appear with the correct answer and the answer you chose. In the upper right hand corner, you can click on NEXT to see all five pages. You can print out the test, but I find it can only be done one screen at a time. TEST REVIEW

STATE SERIES LIST OF 42 Plus, the BCBOA added criteria includes: a)member-in-good standing b)Attendance of one of our 3-Man Clinics or attendance of a State Field Clinic in the current year The BCBOA had 43 people that met this criteria. All meetings were posted and open for all to attend.

STATE SERIES LIST OF 42 Our goal tonight is to vote on our crew lists. 1) Up to 30 minutes discussion for each crew list 2) Only one question per person 3) At the conclusion of the question period or 30 minutes (whichever comes first), we will vote (show of hands) on the list. 4) Girls list first, then 5) Boys list

JOB RESPONSIBILTY The recommendation committee is responsible for reviewing the evaluations of each member eligible for state series contest The RC is also responsible for preparing and submitting a list for officials who deserve consideration for state series contest The booking commissioner should act on recommendations by this RC committee

CRITERIA FOR STATE SERIES Must be in good standing with FHSAA Must be in good standing with BCBOA *** no fines or outstanding penalties**** Must have meet 1 of 3 required mandatory 3 man clinics Must have Rules Clinic completed Must have a state field clinic within the previous four years Must be a Rank 1 or Rank 2 official, (see proficiency points) pg 29,30 Must have scored 80 or above on closed-book examination

State Requires The list must be approved by majority vote of the BCBOA members prior to its submission to the FHSAA. State may also request evaluations for recommended officials

DOCUMENTATION RC will use all information provided by evaluation committee, booking commissioner to help with process BCBOA Ranking: evaluations, (averaging three most recent evaluations) test scores camp participation state ranking

SELECTION PROCESS RC will compile a list for all eligible members RC will then use BCBOA rankings to separate officials based on individual scores, (100,150, 200 etc…) Top officials, ( ) will be on top crew list using BCBOA rankings RC will then discuss those officials strengths and weaknesses to determine the compatibility of that crew, then RC will vote on crew RC will take in consideration that Rank 100 officials be spread out among top crews for leadership and experience Take next eligible officials, ( ) and continue selection process until 14 crews are filled Same process will be used for both boys and girls It is not required by FHSAA or the BCBOA that officials must work both genders for playoffs
