19 Accommodations may be provided without ACT review or approval if ALL of the following are met. – Diabetics that may need to eat snacks in the test room, Interpreter Cues – Student receives a college-reportable score – All Students with State Approved Accommodations will be removed for Testing and are already marked on your rosters. 41 Each Room Supervisor is responsible for timing each test Enter the actual Start and Stop time in the boxes in the Verbal Instructions of Supervisor’s Manual Document the time each student completes each test and calculate the minutes actually used by each student on the Administration Report (A-1.1) If all students in the room complete a test before time is called, you may begin the next test or dismiss students – Students must all work on the same test at the same time (except Timing Code 6) – May allow students a break between tests Timing the Test
