Windows were painted approximately 4 years ago. Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work of this work including, but not limited to the following: 1. Removal of exterior finish systems at areas of wood restoration or repair 2. Preservation and sealing of seams and joints 3. Removal of rotted, decayed and contaminated wood rotted, and/or more than 15% moisture content as measured by Sonin Moisture Test Meter 4. Installation of borate wood preservatives 5. Installation of wood repair compound materials a. Advanced Repair Technology Prime-A-Trate applied to cleaned prepared surface and Advanced Repair Technology 401 FLEX-TECHV Elastomeric Wood Repair Compound b. WEST Systems 105 System epoxy repair c. Approved Equal Strictly adhere to wood repair compound materials manufacturer’s instructions. Base bid to include all wood preparation, wood dutchman, epoxy wood repair, prep and paint for the 12 windows on the south elevation, 2 windows on the north elevation, 2 windows on the west elevation 2 windows on the south elevation and 2 vented openings in the clock tower to include sills and spot areas on the perimeter trim and sashes for locations noted on the drawings. Provide unit prices for the following work for wood failures identified in the field: Minor epoxy consolidation repair: > 2 cubic inches < =17 cubic inches $___________________ Major epoxy consolidation repair and wood dutchman fillers: > 18 cubic inches < full sill replacement or full epoxy consolidation $__________________ Complete sill replacement or full epoxy consolidation $________________________ All repairs shall be painted. Paint shall be Sherwin Williams Emerald, color to match existing.
