Group F: Decision Matrix

Select and Approach After agreeing on Disney Characters as our theme and analyzing the Decision Matrix next we discussed who would do which characters from which movies. We all needed to do characters that could be practically represented in the form of a golf hole.

Reasoning We chose our theme for this golf course using the principal of majority rules and our own creative thinking. Each member of the team was held responsible for coming up with two separate theme ideas. We then rated it against our criteria and constraints(shown in the preceding slide). After looking at the total scores, we chose the one that scored the highest. That is how we arrived at our decision to make Disney characters our golf course theme.
