 Who is the translator  what are the societal expectations ?  The Cultural nuances.

 What the Audience want to hear.  Translating what content?  How satisfying?  How much is he attracted?  Don’t send him off?

 Current Tools, Techniques & Technology  Where do we Stand?  What is the Strategic Plan?

 Dialectal influence  Planning before hand  Influence of neighbouring languages  Timelines and Interference

 Who is a Translator?  The starting point  The training ground  Dealing with the new lexicon  Is database imperative?

 Can a translator make explicit or implicit where necessary?  The meaning over the form or vice versa?

 Should he be faithful or unfaithful?  Should translation be localized or Internationalized?  Is exact equivalence a possibility?

 Faithful Translation: Interprets the exact contextual meaning of the original within the constraints of the grammatical structures of the target language.  Communicative Translation: This method displays the exact contextual meaning of the original text in a manner where both content and language are easily acceptable and comprehensible to the readers.

 Decoding and Encoding: An analysis of SL and TL and a complete study of the SL text prior to translation.  Certification: A constant re-evaluation of translated texts before usage.

 Word for word translation is misleading. Digesting the text first.  Ensure creating a lexicon Database. Moving at par with the technology. Borrow when you have to, it is allowed

 Constant Reviews  Strive for exact equivalence rather than comparative equivalence.  Borrow and Hausanise  You are stagnant without a Database.
