Group Members: Elesha Michael Ian Joseph

Fact 1 In some cases people think that social networking sites can be a distraction from work. For example, facebook is a social network that people tend to waste time on. If the amount of time were put into work instead of social networking many people would be very successful. Considering that social networking is an influence in most cases it is still a distraction for many people. Slider, Decider “Common Sense Media Inc” n.p.,2012 Web.

Fact 2 Research shows that nine out of ten teenagers in America use or have used social networking and have said it is a positive influence on their lives. Social networking is a waste of time when teenagers could be pursuing a hobby or a goal that could help their lives. In most cases social networking is a negative influences because of cyberbullying, this is unwanted drama. Teenagers could do something productive. Fact 3 Research shows that many teenagers only use the internet for three reasons. Social networking, online research, and playing games. Social Networking is the most popular because many teenagers enjoy that they could communicate with their friends and family. If it weren't for social networking teenagers would have more time on their hands. But in this case social networking is a very good entertainment and way to procrastinate. Step 1 Don't spend too much time on the Internet because this leads to procrastination

Step 2 If you are going to go on social networking sites such as Facebook make sure you're work is done first.

Step 3 Be sure to put time away for activities you enjoy like sports and playing outdoors
