 Ditch costly paper, printing, envelopes and stamps!  E-newsletters are virtually free!  Don’t assume they remember you!  Out of sight, out of mind...

 Not every newsletter will be opened  20% open rate is considered good  Not just for current patients  A tool for creating trust

 New Patients need to know you exist!  5 – 27 touches before basic trust is reached  Fear of the unknown  They’re unsure  Vulnerability  When your Perfect Patient is ready to buy they will come  Previous information will trigger them

 Educate and inform  Build your list of prospective, current and past patients  They just might not need you yet

 Put this on every website page  Google could send people to ANY of your pages  Use Magic Action Box for sign-ups  Highly effective way of building your list

 Exchange a useful e-book, report or tip sheet in return for an address  Turn FAQs into an e-book  What are your patients commonly suffering with?  Could you give nutritional advice or treating sore muscles etc?

 Once they’re on your list keep in touch regularly!  On these systems you can create newsletters and schedule them to go out whenever you like  You could write, upload and schedule 6 months or a year’s worth!

 Less is more  Keep it short and simple  Continue to inform and educate  Highlight key phrases  Use 2 or 3 sections  Break up areas with borders, lines, headings

 Always add links back to your website  Good for Google rankings  Visitors are more likely to look around and book!  Make sure contact details are on every page

 Publish regular blogs to your website  Be consistent!  Blogs can be as small as  Keep it short, snappy and fascinating  Updates on the team eg Becky’s baby, Margot’s 50 th birthday, Revamped Clinic

 Write about your sporting achievements  Why you should throw your nutribullet away!  Sponsored or supported a local event?  Promote a non-controversial cause  Interesting case studies  Check-ups or tune-ups  Ergonomics  Correct posture  Shoes
