Title IC Migrant Program Request The basic definition of the requirements for qualifying for the migrant program is the student or their families must work in agriculture or fishing and moved across district lines within the last three years.

Students Returning to México Students returning to Mexico need our help to enter schools there by using the following: Binational Transfer Document: This two page document will allow students, (grades K-9), 1)to enter at their grade level, 2) to start school right away and 3) to attend school closest to them. Families should consider getting dual citizenship.

Students Returning to México Dual citizenship provides free education and access to health services. Apostille: Students (grades 10-12) will need an Apostille.
