I would recommend Knight Ghost by Cornelia Funke because it is a very interesting, exciting, addictive and fantastic book.

My favourite author is Cornelia Funke. She is a remarkable contemporary writer. Cornelia Funke is a master of suspense and her stories are full of mystery and adventure. She is an outstanding storyteller. Her books are thrilling, exciting, suspenseful, descriptive and emotional. C. Funke’s books have been published in the USA, Russia, Germany and other countries. C. Funke chooses wonderful settings for her stories and describes everything so vividly. Her books are so suspenseful that you can’t stop reading. And the characters are great. She wrote such works as Ink Heart, Reckless,Blood Ink, Ink Death Knight Ghost, King of Thieves, The Lord of Dragons and others.

"Knight Ghost" is one of the most fascinating books by Cornelia Funke, the famous German writer, the author of “Inky Trilogy“, novels "Reckless" and "King of Thieves", which are published by publishing house "Swallowtail." Revealing the long-standing riddle of murder, eleven-year-Yon Uaytkroft with his girlfriend Ella evokes the spirit of William Knight Longspe. He is the only one who is able to protect him from a group of ghosts chasing him, threatening him since the day he arrived in the boarding of Salisbury. In gratitude for his rescue the boy volunteers to help the ghost knight return it to the heart and the woman he loves.

One of the most common days Jacob walked into the office of his father, who disappeared mysteriously years ago, and found a piece of paper with a strange phrase: "The Mirror will open only to those who can not see themselves." Going to the old mirror Jacob closed his hands and was reflected in a looking-glass world. By becoming a treasure hunter - Cinderella's glass slippers, cloth on the ground, magic clock - he runs the risk of death, but believes this kind of life. But one day the mirror in his father's office approached his younger brother. And now Jacob has to answer not only for his reckless head. He has to save from the Dark Fairies spell his brother, who is slowly but surely turning into stone - not only the body but the soul. Jacob has to decide what is important - love or lust for adventure...

The book is a small window through witch the whole world can see it.
