Handling Hand and Power Tools Hand tools –Manually powered tools Precautions for using hand tools –Use the proper type and size tool for the job –Carry tools with the cutting edge down –Keep hands clean when using tools –Clamp small pieces when using a hacksaw, screwdriver, or soldering iron
