Demonstrator 2 - Location-based city services (December 2009) - Captured and processed city environment data will be stored at server side from which clients can request the data they need. Besides navigation in the city, users will be able to go into specific buildings. Additionally, content providers will be provided with facilities for spatial multimedia coupling of for instance text, audio and video. Also, an editor will be created which will allow service providers to add interactive content to the virtual world.  Potential business case: - 3D navigation system data capture, strong automation thereof - low-cost production of movie and game environments - shifting digital cartography from in the field to in the office measurement - infrastructural planning - real estate business
