Cool Facts North Dakota’s state nick name is the Peace Garden State. Their state motto is “Liberty and union, now and forever, one and inseparable”. Their state flower is the Wild Prairie Rose. Wild Prairie Rose

North Dakota’s Flag It has a blue background with an eagle holding a red ribbon in its mouth that says “Out of many, one”. The eagle is also holding 7 arrows and an olive branch in it’s talons. The eagle has a red white and blue shield. Below it there is also a red scroll that says North Dakota.
