BOARD IMPLICATIONS Formalize yearly action planning process and gain board approval on the plan Formalize restructuring process for the schools who are not meeting AYP and are moving to Step 5 and gain board approval Finalize District Improvement Plan and gain board approval Provide support and when necessary approval for additional resources to Close the Achievement Gap ( ie: Time, Money and/or Political Implications)
