December Accomplishments: Community/Government Relations Conducted an Urban Design Committee meeting on December 12, 2006 Provided a tour of the Expo right-of-way for Gloria Jeff, General Manager, LADOT Disseminated notices regarding (Tree Removal) activities to businesses and residents along Flower Street on December 14, 2006 Met with administrators, parents and teachers in schools to provide construction schedule and safety information tips. Met with USC and Expo Park Stakeholders to discuss Urban Design elements for the project Conducted business assessments to coordinate access and various other needs prior to start of construction activities. 5
