Our group’s thesis/ conclusion Better education would be a better solution, compared to stricter laws. It's all because that people nowadays may not obey laws, regardless of how severe the punishment is. For example, the forfeit for drug trafficking is death sentence. But that still does not stop people from doing it. Good education would be able to build a good foundation in the minds of the people and thus would prove to be much more better than enforcing stricter laws.
