Rules of the Game You will choose from 9 questions ranging in topics and in level from first to third year apprentice. The first answer is worth $1. Get 9 questions right and win $20. Where Did We Get the Questions? Questions were extracted from the PHCC Educational Foundation’s Plumbing Assessment Tests. Tests are available through the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) and its Whitener Group affiliate for $25 each. Tests can be used by schools to assess progress of apprentices and by employers to help determine the knowledge level of prospective employees.
