Deo AgustinPA Treasurer Maintains custody of all funds of the PA Keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures. Disburses funds of the Association. Works with the President to create an annual budget for the PA Presents the budget to the PA for approval Presents a monthly income statements and balance sheet. Abel YanezVP Community Relations Manage the relationships necessary to the growth and success of the PA. Organize promotional events with an emphasis on building personal connections over the long term with the CAPS community.

Coordinate and schedule volunteers on an ongoing basis or organize single events. Communicates volunteer events via , newsletter or other forms of communication. Maintain volunteer list. Andrea Henderson Angel Esquivel Jennifer Ha Liza Agustin Lucia Escobar Mridul Bajpai Sammie Ngar Special Projects Officers Identify and communicate events/programs that would directly benefit our scholars. Plan and lead a specific PA event. Communicates the status of assigned event while keeping a pulse on potential risk areas. Works with the PA Treasurer on event budget and expenses.
