After having selected our country using these key factors, we then reviewed if the social impact the telecom base station would have on Kenya. Through research we determined that the telecom base station would be well received by the people Kenya and would prove to be useful in their growing economy. It would not be a difficulty for the people to adjust to the new technology as similar technology already exists in Kenya. The technology would be beneficial to their economy especially because tourism is a large business and it would provide the people of Kenya a way to communicate and contact each other. ◦ Here is a link to an article describing the social impacts cell phones would have on Kenya:
