Apartment 237 E Walnut St., Kutztown, PA Off-Campus where I’ll be attending college $875/month 2 bed/ 2 bath

Roommates One other roommate since there is one other bed Split the cost evenly – $ each/month

Payments I will be working at college and saving up money for each months payment.

Furnishings My roommate and I will each buy our own furniture for our rooms and split the cost of the furniture for the living room and the kitchen.

Maintenance My roommate and I will keep our rooms clean on our own. The kitchen and living room will be cleaned once or twice a week if needed.
