Enter “50” in the box next to “Percent” 3. Make sure that “F” appears in the drop-down menu next to “Grade” 4. Click on “Close” to save the grade

Entering the Special Grade 10/23/2015Office of Accountability7 In the “Final Grade” window, 1. Click in the box next to “Manual Override” 2. In the drop-down menu next to “Grade” select the appropriate special grade. 3. Click on “Close” to save the grade Note: Once a special grade is entered it will be displayed on the student’s report card and it will be used in the final course grade calculation. The numeric grade will be ignored.
